The Power Source
Hebrews 4:12
                         For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit...

The Bible in Ecclesiastes 8:4 says, 'Where the word of a king is, there is power: and who may say unto him, What doest thou?' And there is only one king, the King of Kings and the Lord of lords, Jesus Christ. Everybody needs power to be what God wants them to be, power to overcome resistance, overcome
temptations, exceed limitations and power over the forces of wickedness.

In Luke 5, one day, Peter we fishing and had to wash his net because he caught nothing. Jesus came and demanded that Peter should give Him his ship; he gave Jesus the ship and Jesus said unto him ' Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net.And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake (Luke 5:4-6). And the ship began to sink. That's the power of the word.

The word of God brought fishes that were not there hitherto into existence. The word of God caused little fishes to explode into big fishes, on the spot.

To be in touch with the Word is to be in touch with Power.
If power to overcome the devil, the flesh, sin, the world, and exceed limits is your desire, then the word of God is a power source that can cause you to fulfil your heart's desire.

Remember this: To be in touch with the Word is to be in touch with Power.

Assignments
1. Be in touch with the word of God daily by reading and meditating on It.
2. Daily confess the Word of God to change your life and Destiny.

Prayer
Lord, I receive power to exceed every limitation in my life and Destiny, in Jesus' Name.
