            Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm.

The secret of High fliers in our world is Excellence, nobody wants to listen to a mediocre. The World's system has been reconfigured to accept only people of excellence.

Daniel was a man of excellence and so they had no choice than to hand over authority to him.  Daniel was an upright and intelligent man, he lived such an exceptional life that the only way they could accuse him of any crime is by authenticating a law against his God. That's the only law Daniel was willing to break, as far as they knew him, he hasn't broken any law, he was a man of excellence.

Whatever it is you do, give it a touch of excellence, let your services be up to standard. Don't do business like a mediocre, you will lose patronage. Rebrand and repaclage yourself, your job, your service, your ministry. Only people of diligence stand before kings. Challenge yourself to be better each day. Do not be satisfied with yourself, you can be better, you can do better, thrive to make you a better you.
Read books, get knowledge, develop and sharpen your skills.
